Disabling windows auto updates with the command line is very easy. All you need to do is open the command prompt(run as administrator)

net stop wuauserv
This command permits you to disable windows updates
- Next the command
net stop bits
This command stops background intelligent transfer service.
- Followed by
net stop dosvc
It stops delivery optimization service.
And there you are done with the annoying automatic updates in you pc.
