What is fastboot??
Fastboot is a protocol or tool used for writing data directly to and Android flash memory. Practically, it is used flash recovery images, stock firmware, bootloader images into an Android devic.
Fastboot can do very little without a rooted device and an engineering SPL (secondary program loader), meaning the bootloader, or HBOOT for HTC. If you have a Nexus device, you don't typically need to mess with your SPL, as your device comes from the factory with a fairly capable bootloader.
Just like ADB, fastboot is included in the Android SDK.
To install fastboot and adb on your computer, simply download the zipped file below which contains both the Moto frp tool and fastboot+adb drivers.

How to bypasss frp with Motorola frp bypass tool
- First of all, you have to power off your Motorola Android device.
- After powering off your phone, press power button and volume down key at the same time.
- Keep pressing these buttons untill you see fastboot/bootloader(Ap fastboot flash mod)

Now with you device in fastboot mode, Moto frp tool is now ready to detect your phone and start the process. Your device will then reboot to the startup and you will get a prompt to enable USB DEBUGGING.
Once usb debugging is activated, your devvice will reboot again to fastboot. This step is to enable usb debugging which is necessary for the bypassing process.
Now you will have to put your device in factory mode followin the same procedure decribed above on how to boot to fastboot mode. Here once in the AP fastboot flash mode, select factory mode and confirm with power key.
You phone will again reboot(note your phone should be connected to the pc)
Next open the Fastboot+ adb folder , then press shift + left-click on your touchpad/mouse to open a command line in the folder.
In this command line, type the two adb commands provided respectively: that is first you type
adb devices and hit enter.
Once your device is detected, type then second command and hit enter.
adb shell content insert --uri content://settings/secure --bind name:s:user_setup_complete --bind value:s:1
