 Before we start, what is root???

Rooting is the process of allowing users of smartphones, tablets and other devices running the Android mobile operating system to attain privileged control (known as root access) over various Android subsystems. Since Android uses the Linux kernel, rooting an Android device gives similar access to administrative (superuser) permissions as on Linux or any other Unix-like operating system such as FreeBSD or macOS.
Rooting is often performed with the goal of overcoming limitations that carriers and hardware manufacturers put on some devices. Thus, rooting gives the ability (or permission) to alter or replace system applications and settings, run specialized applications ("apps") that require administrator-level permissions, or perform other operations that are otherwise inaccessible to a normal Android user. On Android, rooting can also facilitate the complete removal and replacement of the device's operating system, usually with a more recent release of its current operating system.

How to root Samsung galaxy SM-G530T with cf-root.

Rooting requirements: 

• Odin: Samsung flash tool.
• Cf-root for Samsung galaxy grand prime SM-G530T
• A usb cable. 
• Samsung drivers
• A desktop or laptop

Rooting procedure: 

•  Install Samsung usb drivers. Download link provided below.
• Download and extract Odin from link provided below,
• Next, download the cf-root for your sm-g530t and extract to your PC.
• Now run Odin, click on PDA locate and load the extracted cf-root .md5 file.
• Power off your device and boot in Odin mode by pressing these three keys combination:

HOME + VOLUME DOWN + POWER. 

•  Once device in odin mode, connect it to pc via usb an make sure the com port is detected.

•  Finally, once you have loaded the cf-root file and connected phone to pc via usb. click on the start button to commence the flashing process.
• Wait for the process to complete.
• On completion, your Samsung galaxy SM-G530T will be rooted.
