Remix OS.
System requirements:
- 2 GHz dual-core processor or better
- 2 GB system memory
- Minimum 8 GB of free hard drive space
- Internet access is helpful
Phoenix OS
Phoenix OS only requires an Intel or AMD x86 processor (Intel Atom recommended) and internal storage with at least 2GB of space. It is recommended ed using at least 16GB drives. To install Phoenix OS, you will need a USB drive with at least 8GB of storage.
Requirements:
- 2GB storage drive
- Intel or AMD processor made around 2012 or later, preferably an Intel Atom processor
- An 8GB or larger USB flash drive (for Phoenix OS)
- A 512MB or larger USB flash drive (for GParted)
- A separate computer to prepare the USB flash drives
How to install Remis/Phoenix OS
Install Remix OS to dual boot Windows OS and Android 6.0 (Marshmallow)
- Enable Secure Boot if you haven’t already.
- Download Remix OS from the official site.
- Launch the Remix OS and start the installer.
- The app will let you install the Remix OS to the hard drive.
- Reboot your PC and it will install the OS.
- Now when you will turn on the PC, you will see two options; Windows 10 and Remix OS in the boot menu.
