Procedure

This fix this error code as reguard the installation of .Net framework 3.5, follow the steps below:
- Start by opening the control panel. Do this by simply clicking on the Search Icon/Box and then type in "control panel".
- Search and open the control panel
- Once you have opened the control panel, click on uninstall a program
- At this point, you will see all your installed programs. At the left corner, click on Activate or deactivate Windows functionalities
- You will then get a popup window. On this window, you will find .NET Framework 3.5(2.0 and 3.0 included). It is the very first functionality.
- Double-click on it or click on the "+" to show all functionalities. Then check all the two options available and clikc ok to save modifications.
It will be good you perform this while you are connected to the internet. After performing the above step, your Computer will the check and fix the problem.

- Next double-click on services and application, then services. Scroll down and double-click on Windows Update.
- When you double-click on Windows Update, you will get a new popup window with the wuauserv service deactivated. Click on the dropdown menu and select automatic then start to activate the service. Confirm and save modifications by clicking the ok button
After this, go back and repeat the activation of .Net framework 3.5 from the control panel.
