- Download the BIOS firmware for Acer Aspire 8930G from the link below.

- Now, get a USB drive and format it into the FAT32 file system. Note that you have to perform a full format, not a quick format.
- Once the formatting is done, Locate the BIOS firmware zip you extracted. You should see a folder named Windows in it.
- Open the Windows folder and copy all the content in it to the USB drive you just formatted.
- Power-off the Computer using the power button.
- Next, plug the USB drive with the BIOS files.
- Press down the Function Key and ESC key(Fn+ESC).
- Start the Computer and keep hold the Fn + ESC keys for about 5 Seconds and release.
- You should see a black screen.
- The black screen should last for 30 Seconds to about a minute, and then either reboot or goes off.
- If it goes off, power it on and the problem should be fixed.
