UNLOCKING REQUIREMENTS
These following requirements will come in handy if your have any Alcatel Y800 LTE router and is wishing to unlock so as to use other network carriers.
A USB cable(you can also do the connection via WiFi)
A computer
A sim card from a different network,
NCK code for the unlocking
HOW TO UNLOCK
Start by inserting a sim card from a different carrier in the router,
Next, power it on, connect to the PC via WiFi or via USB. In the case with the usb cable connection, you will need to install the necessary drivers when been prompted to.
Once connected, router should automatically open web browser. If it doesn't, you can always realise that by typing the IP address of your router in the address bar of your web browser(IP= 192.168.1.1)
Next login with default login details( admin)
You will be ask to provide NCK.
Insert your NCK and wowwww!!! Your router is now universal!!!
HOW TO GET UNLOCK CODE
Unlock code for every router is unique since each and everyone has its unique IMEI number. Inserting 10 wrong NCK will lead to your router getting permanently locked.
To get your NCK, please provide us with your Alcatel Y800 IMEI number and we will provide you with your NCK as soon as possible.
