Download Manufacturing Flash Tool v6.0.43 from the link below. This is a Windows computer tool developed by Intel for the flashing of smartphones made with the Intel chipset. So, if your smartphone doesn't have an Intel chipset, you won't be able to flash using this tool.
This tool will come in handy for those having dual operating system smartphones running Android and Windows with an Internal chipset.
The tool is very light-weight and easy to use as well. The installation process is pretty simple, all you will have to do is download it from the link below, extract and run the installer.
Once installed on your computer, you will also need to make sure the required drivers are as well installed in order to use this tool. And in this light, the Universal ADB driver will have to be installed.
What to note
- This tool works only on Windows computers
- ADB drivers are required and you will have to put your device in DnX mode to flash
- Always take a backup of your current system before flashing
How to use Manufacturing Flash Tool
- Launch the manufacturing flash tool as admin and wait for the dashboard to load
- Next, click on "File" and then go to settings.
- Under General properties settings option, input the VID and PID for the device's chipset (SoC) and also for the device itself (you'll need to search for these) then click Apply and OK.
- Next, navigate to the location of the Dual OS Tablet's firmware, highlight the Flash_userdebug.xml file then click Open
- Once the firmware is loaded, you'll then see "Ready to flash". Boot your device into DnX mode by pressing the and holding the Volume down + volume up+ power key until you see "entering DnX mode'
- Now connect the device to the computer via USB and wait for the flashing. Wait for a couple of minutes for the process to complete.
